Listed office building conversion to 300 residential apartments. Lakeshore, Crox Bottom, Bristol, is a unique development of eco homes built to BREEAM standards (+5dB) sitting over its own lake, offering studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The Grade II Listed building, former home of Imperial Tobacco, has 10 acres of green space, and numerous great eco features. There are landscaped gardens and the lake is stocked with fish for lazy afternoon fishing. We worked with architects Acanthus Ferguson Mann to create stunning apartment space with extra high ceilings, full height glazing, under floor heating and generous balconies. The full checklist for comfortable, generous, loose-fit living.
