Leading Acoustic Consultants In London – Gillieron Scott Acoustic Design
Established in 1984, we are one of the UK’s leading acoustic consultancies. Our team of expert acoustic and noise consultants provide a full range of acoustic services and strategic advice to meet clients’ aspirations across a wide range of sectors. We are commissioned to work on Acoustic Design, Assessment & Modelling projects in London, throughout the UK and overseas and have won many awards designing buildings of the highest technical calibre.
We are responsible for all aspects of acoustic design to ensure acoustic criteria are met in the finished building including discussions with clients and architects, environmental measurements, noise and vibration surveys, long term noise monitoring, and advanced acoustic modelling, soundscapes and auralisation.
We are proud to have worked on a large number of high quality auditoria and specialise in spaces with adaptable acoustics, benefiting from use of our in-house 3D studio to achieve the best possible acoustic outcomes for our clients. Our 3D studio allows us to compose and manipulate sound in three dimensions in Ambisonics, Dolby or 5.1 formats which is used for acoustic CATT modelling and auralisation of auditoria. We incorporate the design of 3D sound and digital imaging/manipulation for art installations, museum exhibits and large scale performances.
We hold full Professional Indemnity, Employers’ Liability and Public Liability insurances and are members of the Institute of Acoustics and the Association of Noise Consultants, with accreditation to carry out acoustic site testing to British and Building Regulation Standards.
We would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about your project and provide a competitive quote. You can reach us at info@gsacoustics.org or by phone on 020 8671 2223.
